Take a Screenshot in Windows Without Any Software

Here are the instructions to take screen shot in windows system.

Steps to screenshot:

1. Click on the window What you want screen shoot.

OR

                             To take a screenshot of the entire screen, press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. See the below Image.

2. To take a screenshot of just the program that is active, press and hold the Alt button (found on either side of the space bar), then press the Print Screen button once.

3. To view this screenshot to save as an image, you can use MsPaint or any other graphics program.

4. To open Paint Program on your system -
Go to "Start" menu and click "run" then type "mspaint"
OR
Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories->Paint
OR
Win+R and type "mspaint"

5. Now press CTRL+V or Press Edit On menu then click paste.like as follows

6. the click File menu and click "save as" option

7. Then Select the File type and save the file in Your PC
